The short version

These terms are an agreement between you and Apex Sites Web Design LLC, doing business as ApexSites ("we," "us"). Be honest with us, we'll be honest with you. Quotes are free and non-binding until we both sign off on a written scope. You own your finished website. Don't misuse this site.

Quotes & services

Submitting the quote form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Prices shown on this site (like "from $500") are starting points; your actual price is the one in your written quote. Work begins when a quote is accepted in writing, and each project's specific terms (scope, timeline, payment schedule) live in that agreement.

Ownership

When your project is fully paid, you own your website: the design, the content we created for you, and your domain (always registered in your name, never ours). We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

This website

The content on apexsitesdesign.com is ours and provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of what you read here. Don't scrape, copy, or misrepresent our content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from this website is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for visitors, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
