Who we are

Apex Sites Web Design LLC, doing business as ApexSites ("we," "us"), is an Alabama web design studio. Our website is apexsitesdesign.com, and you can reach us anytime at contact@apexsitesdesign.com.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you type into our quote form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and your project details. We don't have user accounts, and we never collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information for exactly one purpose: replying to your inquiry and, if you hire us, delivering the work. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first. "No spam" on the form means no spam.

Who processes it

Quote-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a form-processing service, and stored in our email (Google Workspace). Both process your submission on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Cookies & third-party resources

We don't set cookies and don't run analytics. Like most websites, this site loads some resources from third-party servers — fonts from Google Fonts and styling from the Tailwind CDN — which receive your IP address as a technical necessity when your browser requests those files.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business records. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, email contact@apexsitesdesign.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be noted on the homepage.
